Alpha HARVESTING BELT

The Alpha harvesting belt is able to harvest different types of crops. For cabbage it is often used to fill big boxes but it is also good to be used for the smaller fresh market EPS crates that go to the customer. It is one of our first and most sold models and therefore a trusted and proven concept. The length of the harvesting arm will be determined by the amount of rows that needs to be harvested.

ADD-ONS

Adjustable support

The support is hydraulically adjustable to quickly compensate level changes in the field

Endstop

If the endsensor detects a crop, it activates the start/stop function of the harvesting belt

Mount and move system

Grooved aluminium wheels allows you to mount the harvesting belt to the trailer and roll it from front to the back

LED-Lights

LED-lights on the flat part in the field shine direct light on the crop to improve sight during dark hours

Wheels

Eases transport in the field and optimises the mounting process to the harvesting trailer

High sides

High sides prevent that the crops fall off from the belt and are available in different heights

Semi-automatic hinge

Harvesting belts shorter than 12 meters can be provided with a semi-automatic hinge on the flat part in the field

Box rack

The upper box rack supplies the cutters with empty boxes; boxes in progress are stored on the bottom rack; the belt transports the full boxes into the trailer
