Omega HARVESTING BELT

With the Omega harvesting belt, many different crops can be harvested in big boxes. The most important feature of this harvesting belt is that it can roll over the boxes by hydraulically extending the support. This means that several boxes can be filled in one harvesting run. The harvesting belt is custom made for your trailer and has plug-and-play connection to the tractor. By using the Omega harvesting belt, walking movements towards the harvesting trailer will be eliminated, resulting in a significant production improvement.

If the endsensor detects a crop, it activates the start/stop function of the harvesting belt

Crop washer

The cropwasher is placed on the inclining part of the harvesting belt where multiple nozzles clean the product

LED-Lights

LED-lights on the flat part in the field shine direct light on the crop to improve sight during dark hours

Wheels

Eases transport in the field and optimises the mounting process to the harvesting trailer

Counter

All harvested crops are counted and recorded to keep your data on track

Radio

The 12V bluetooth radio is integrated in the frame of the harvesting belt and connected to two integrated speakers

Level adjustment

Adjust the length of the hydraulic cilinder so that the belt remains horizontally

Side belt

A flat belt is mounted horizontally next to the inclining part of the harvesting belt, it ensures full-length harvesting ability
